My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, they were too hot even with the heating off. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff, however, there were occasional lapses in housekeeping. The location was convenient, close to the center of Cirencester but lacked ideal housekeeping. The dining experience was delicious with locally sourced food, but surprisingly, there were inconsistencies in housekeeping. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
