Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, they were too hot even with the heating off. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff, however, there were occasional lapses in housekeeping. The location was convenient, close to the center of Cirencester but lacked ideal housekeeping. The dining experience was delicious with locally sourced food, but surprisingly, there were inconsistencies in housekeeping. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a fantastic bath and double shower, but they felt a little dark and below standard. The location was convenient for accessing Cirencester and the Cotswolds, but the limited tea and coffee facilities were a drawback. The dining experience had its highs with an amazing breakfast but was let down by insufficient food options at times. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was a dream come true with a huge bed, a very spacious bathroom featuring a large rainfall shower, and even tea/coffee making facilities. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV was just perfect for a single-sized room. The view of the garden was delightful and the room was tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room had a terrible smell that was quickly resolved, but it overlooked the noisy kitchen area. The large bed and sparkling clean bathroom were a plus, but the room felt overpriced for the experience. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, although there were some hiccups with the billing and service timing. The location was nice, just outside Cirencester, making it convenient for exploring the Cotswolds. The dining experience was pleasant overall, with a recommendable breakfast. Despite some flaws, the hotel offered a decent stay with good facilities.
