My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, they were too hot even with the heating off. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff, however, there were occasional lapses in housekeeping. The location was convenient, close to the center of Cirencester but lacked ideal housekeeping. The dining experience was delicious with locally sourced food, but surprisingly, there were inconsistencies in housekeeping. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was a dream come true with a huge bed, a very spacious bathroom featuring a large rainfall shower, and even tea/coffee making facilities. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV was just perfect for a single-sized room. The view of the garden was delightful and the room was tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable.
